Free shipping on all orders over ₪500
Custom jewelry is handcrafted by expert jewelers after payment and details confirmation. Average production time is 2-3 weeks (business days), depending on design complexity and material/stones availability.
After production is completed, your order ships via one of the available options: standard shipping 3-5 business days (free for orders over ₪500) or express shipping 1-2 business days (₪50). All shipments are insured and tracked.
Every piece ships in luxury gift packaging including an elegant box and certificate of authenticity. Packaging is gift-ready and protects the jewelry.
We ship throughout Israel. International shipping is available to most countries - contact us for a quote.
Delivery is performed on business days and may be subject to shipping fees based on region and shipping type. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers due to force majeure, strikes/service interruptions, or inability to coordinate delivery with the customer.
Standard items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Custom jewelry is non-refundable, but we offer free repairs and adjustments for one year.
