The site provides jewelry design and manufacturing services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing (email) at support@goldai.com and include your full name, order number, and contact details. For custom-made jewelry: cancellation is possible until production begins. After production starts (or after ordering materials/stones to your specification), cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee based on work already performed. If a cancellation is approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within a few business days (depending on your card issuer/payment processor).
Purchases on this site are allowed for users aged 18 or older only, or with approval from a parent/legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
Estimated delivery times are 2-4 weeks (business days) for custom-made jewelry from payment and details confirmation. Delivery is made via courier/postal service depending on the selected option during checkout and subject to the carrier's availability and policies. Delays may occur due to design complexity, materials/stones availability, force majeure, strikes/service interruptions, or lack of customer availability for delivery coordination.
We will manufacture your jewelry according to the specifications approved in the order and to a reasonable industry quality standard. A 12-month warranty is provided for manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or alterations/repairs performed by a third party. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
